The arc7.dev website currently does not collect personal information, require account creation, or use tracking cookies. We do not operate contact forms, newsletter signups, or analytics tools at this time.
If we add any of these in the future, this policy will be updated before those features go live.
Hosting: Our website is hosted by a third-party provider. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp) may be retained by our host for security and performance purposes. We do not access or use these logs for marketing or profiling.
Profit Lens is installed and runs entirely within your own WordPress installation. When you use the Free plan:
What it accesses: Order totals, line items, product data, shipping costs, refund amounts, gateway fee metadata, and product cost data you enter manually. All of this data already exists in your WooCommerce database.
What it does not do:
Where data is stored: Exclusively in your WordPress database, on your own server. arc7.dev has no access to your store's data.
The Pro plan adds integrations with third-party ad platforms. These connections are initiated by you and use credentials you provide.
Profit Lens retrieves ad spend data from Meta's Marketing API using your credentials. This data is stored locally in your WordPress database. arc7.dev does not receive or store your ad data. Profit Lens does not send your WooCommerce order data to Meta. Your use of Meta's API is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Profit Lens retrieves ad spend data from the Google Ads API using your credentials. This data is stored locally in your WordPress database. arc7.dev does not receive or store your ad data. Profit Lens does not send your WooCommerce order data to Google. Your use of Google's API is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
API credentials: Tokens and keys you provide are stored only in your WordPress database and are used solely to authenticate requests to the respective platform on your behalf.
To be explicit: arc7.dev does not operate servers that receive, store, or process data from your WooCommerce store. We have no access to your orders, customers, products, or financials. All plugin processing happens locally on your server.
Profit Lens stores data only while the plugin is installed. Deleting the plugin removes all plugin-specific data from your database. Your underlying WooCommerce data is not affected.
Because arc7.dev does not collect personal information from website visitors or plugin users, there is no personal data held by arc7.dev to access, correct, or delete. For data stored within your own WordPress installation, you retain full control as the data controller.
arc7.dev does not act as a data processor for your store's customer data. You are the data controller for all information in your WordPress database. If you use Pro plan ad integrations, the respective ad platform (Meta, Google) acts as an independent data controller under their own terms.
We will update this policy as our products and website evolve. Significant changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
